I wore this through my whole shift and it actually stayed in place the entire time. It took me a minute to get it adjusted just right, but once I did, it felt really secure and didn’t slip around. it was such a relief not having to keep fixing it all day.

It actually showed up fast, which was nice. I was kind of surprised, honestly. Not life-changing or anything, but yeah, the shipping was quicker than I expected and I’m happy with that

Everything showed up exactly as I ordered it. No mix-ups, no issues, which is really all you expect when you place an order.

I’ve washed it a bunch of times and the stitching is still holding up well, so I’ll give it that. I’m just a little disappointed because I was hoping to be more impressed overall.

I ordered a few scrub caps kind of last minute because I kept putting it off, and the whole process was really easy. Checkout was quick, I got updates right away, and everything showed up when it was supposed to. No problems at all, and I’d definitely order again.

Maybe it’s just me being tired or not paying close enough attention, but the site felt clunky to use. I kept getting turned around in the menus and had a hard time finding what I needed.

I ordered two caps from kimkaps.com, and overall the colors were close to what I saw online. One was maybe a little darker in person, but not enough to make me upset, and the other matched the site photo really well. I’m happy with what I got, but I do wish they had more pictures in different lighting. If I keep having to guess on colors like that, I might start looking somewhere else next time

The cap itself is really good. My hair stays covered through my whole shift and it doesn’t feel tight at all, which is a huge improvement from the cheap ones I used before. I did feel a little ignored when I had a question and didn’t get much of a response, but the product worked well for me overall.

I’ve only used them a bit so far, but they seem well made to me. The stitching feels solid, so I’m fairly confident they’ll hold up...

I ordered a cap from kimkaps.com and it’s been okay for the most part. I do like that it’s adjustable, but it still took some fiddling to get it to sit right on my head
Some days it feels comfortable, and other days I find myself adjusting it more than I’d like. It’s not bad, just not as easy of a fit as I was hoping for, so 3 stars feels about right

I ordered a few of these caps i could tell quickly they were good quality. I usually judge stuff like this by the fabric and stitching first, and both passed that little test for me. They feel sturdy, not flimsy or cheap, and the fit is solid too. Happy with the purchase.

I really wanted to like this, but the style selection was kind of a dud. Most of it looked way too similar, like some boring copycat lineup, and I couldn’t find anything fun in the colors I actually wanted.

I did get my refund in the end. The return process was okay. It just took longer than I expected

It did take a day longer than I was hoping for, but they still got it to me around when they said they would. Not a big deal in the end, my package showed up and everything was good.

I ordered from KimKaps and the packaging was really solid. Everything showed up clean, sealed properly, and nothing was crushed or leaking, which I definitely appreciated. You can tell they actually took the time to pack it right instead of just tossing stuff in a box. My only complaint is that getting everything unwrapped and sorted took a bit more effort than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but overall I’m happy with it and would order again

The site definitely looks clean and professional, but for some reason it felt kind of plain and not super welcoming to me. Maybe they were going for a more corporate vibe, but I feel like a little more personality would make it friendlier.

The products were fine overall, maybe about what I expected, but the customer service was slow. I emailed them about my order and it took roughly 3 or 4 days to hear back. When they finally replied, the message felt a bit rushed and didn’t really answer everything clearly. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I was expecting better support.

I figured maybe it just needed a wash, you know, sometimes fabric softens up after that, but nope, not really. It still feels kind of scratchy on my head, and once I notice that feeling, I can’t really ignore it.

For the price, I thought it would feel a lot nicer. Maybe it works for someone who doesn’t mind rougher fabric, but for me it was a miss, and I wouldn’t buy it again...
